Our services includes the following, either as a complete package or as single offers. All our tools are manufactured in Germany.

Evaluation of manufacturability

Our team of experts from ares such as tool making, manufacturing, QA, project management, procurement, logistics and marketing will evaluate your requirements regarding manufacturability and offer ideas for the realisation.

Simulation

We will evaluate manufacturability with the aid of state of the art simulation software before production.

Method planning

As a first step, we will provide a plan that shows all intended steps and sections of the project.

Tool construction

On the basis of the evaluation and planning, our experienced employees will create a tool construction within modern 3D CAD-software.

Tool production

After procurement of raw materials, the framework body (steel or cast iron) and standard parts is complete, we will start machining the individual components. Final adjustments and assembly of all components will be completed by our competent tool makers.

Optimization and trials

After completion tools will complete trial runs on our presses. If desired we can accompany and oversee trials in situ on the customer's machine park. We gladly offer complete solutions, or specific individual scopes of order.

Service

In case you are looking for a partner for trials and run-ins of your tools, we can help. We will handle all necessary adjustments for initial sample release and start of volume production if required.

Our portfolio includes a wide range of repair and maintenance services. We manufacture complex spare parts and can install them at your facilities if desired.

Equally, we can realise your ideas regarding the modification of single tools into transfer tools to optimize for high output quantities and low process costs.
